Who are we?

The Hastings Triratna Buddhist Group is part of the Triratna Buddhist Community (formerly the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order).

Led by Order Members Vidyakaya, Karunabala, Aparacitta and Shuddhadhara, we meet once a week for meditation and discussion. Anyone interested in finding out more about meditation, Buddhism and the Triratna Buddhist Community is welcome to join us by coming along to a Thursday night.

You need to be over 18 years, and be able to be physically and mentally comfortable enough to sit silently for 40 minutes

I am glad to join the Triratna group in Hastings.  The right path, the right way.

I have lived here for a good few years now and have been more serious about my Practice over the past couple of years, though being aware and happy with Triratna for a long while before this!  I look forward to getting to meetings whenever it is possible and spending time with like minded beings, and learning as I go.
